Las presentes condiciones generales se exponen al USUARIO en el sitio web www.camping-lallosa.com en todas y cada una de las páginas para que las lea, las imprima, archive y acepte a través de internet, no pudiendo el USUARIO introducir sus datos efectivamente sin que se haya producido la lectura de estas y haya dado su correcto consentimiento. 3.2.- Terceros ajenos a CAMPING LA LLOSA S.A., bien mediante colaboraciones directas en el sitio web o bien presentes a través de hiperenlaces o links a otros sitios web o a noticias de otros sitios de los que no es titular CAMPING LA LLOSA S.A.. CAMPING LA LLOSA S.A. en ningún caso será responsable de los contenidos así introducidos y no garantiza el correcto funcionamiento de todos estos links o hiperenlaces. 4.1.1.- Los fallos e incidencias que pudieran producirse en las comunicaciones, el borrado o las transmisiones incompletas, de manera que no se garantiza que los servicios del sitio web estén constantemente operativos

4.1.2.- De la producción de cualquier tipo de daño que los USUARIOS o terceros pudiesen ocasionar en el sitio web.

4.2.- CAMPING LA LLOSA S.A. se reserva el derecho a suspender el acceso sin previo aviso de forma discrecional y con carácter definitivo o temporal hasta el aseguramiento de la efectiva responsabilidad de los daños que pudieran producirse. Asimismo, CAMPING LA LLOSA S.A. notificará a la autoridad competente estas incidencias, y colaborará con ella, en el momento en que tenga conocimiento fehaciente de que los daños ocasionados constituyan cualquier tipo de actividad ilícita.

QUINTA.- DERECHOS DE AUTOR Y MARCA. CAMPING LA LLOSA S.A. es una marca registrada. Queda prohibida la utilización ajena por cualquier medio de la marca de CAMPING LA LLOSA S.A., que incluye tanto el nombre como el logotipo, salvo consentimiento expreso de CAMPING LA LLOSA S.A.. Quedan reservados todos los derechos. Además, el sitio web de CAMPING LA LLOSA S.A. —los contenidos propios, la programación y el diseño del sitio web— se encuentra plenamente protegido por los derechos de autor, quedando expresamente prohibida toda reproducción, comunicación, distribución y transformación de los referidos elementos protegidos salvo consentimiento expreso de CAMPING LA LLOSA S.A.

SEXTA.- JURISDICCIÓN Y LEY APLICABLE. Las presentes condiciones generales se rigen por la legislación española. Son competentes para resolver toda controversia o conflicto que se derive de las presentes condiciones generales los Juzgados de Reus renunciando expresamente el USUARIO a cualquier otro fuero que pudiera corresponderle.

SÉPTIMA.- En caso de que cualquier cláusula del presente documento sea declarada nula, las demás cláusulas seguirán vigentes y se interpretarán teniendo en cuenta la voluntad de las partes y la finalidad misma de las presentes condiciones. CAMPING LA LLOSA S.A. podrá no ejercitar alguno de los derechos y facultades conferidos en este documento, lo que no implicará en ningún caso la renuncia a los mismos salvo reconocimiento expreso por parte de CAMPING LA LLOSA S.A.

RULES OF PROCEDURE

The campsite has an internal regulation that all customers accept at the time of booking. This regulation is detailed below.

1. Access

Access to the campsite and the use of its services is reserved for those who have contracted their stay there. The Management of the Camping reserves the right of admission and will cancel the contract to campers who disturb the peace or fail to the elementary norms of social coexistence. The use of the identifying bracelet is mandatory for all customers of the campsite.

2. Reception

We are at your disposal to assist you personally and inform you of the services offered at the campsite and in the area, as well as tourist information, sale of tickets, postcards and stamps, rental of safes and bicycles, sale of WIFI tickets, etc.

3. Registration

Campers must formalize the registration contract at the reception at the time of their arrival, indicating exactly the number of people, vehicles, and any other items subject to the rate. The holder of the registration form must be of legal age and be responsible for all acts and damages that may be caused by him and/or the accompanying persons. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of registration.

4. Plots

- Arrival: The arrival time is from 12h. to 22h.

- Rules to follow for its correct placement: You can only occupy your plot once you have the entry contract in which the number of the plot is specified. It is totally forbidden to change the plot that has been assigned to you on your arrival without informing the reception. The kitchen tent will be located on the side facing the street. The upper plots will have to leave space for the car. It is totally forbidden to install fixed elements. The pitches contemplate in their price a camper / caravan or tent + one car per pitch.

- Departure: The plot must be vacated between 8:00 and 12:00 am. If the customer is not able to respect this schedule, he must inform the reception.

5. Bungalows / mobile homes

- Arrival: The arrival time is from 17:00 to 24:00. It is not permitted to place any kind of tent (for example, for children) on the lawn in front of the accommodation. In case you find something missing do not hesitate to communicate it at the reception for replenishment. Bed linen and towels are not included in the accommodation. At the time of registration, you will be given the key to your accommodation, the access card to the beach and the remote control of the TV. A deposit of € 100 will be required in cash and will be refunded upon check-out provided you leave the bungalow in good condition and return the key to the accommodation, the beach access card, TV remote control and air conditioning control in case of Garbi bungalow.

- Reservations: If your arrival is later than the date of arrival booked, (always with prior written notice) and/or departure is prior to the date of departure contracted, you must pay the full amount of your contracted stay.

- Departure: The bungalow / mobile homes must be vacated between 8h and 12h. The accommodation should be delivered in the same conditions as it has been found, we stress the importance of leaving the accommodation clean, without trash and presentable. If the customer is not able to respect this schedule, he must inform the reception.

6. Visits

They are allowed as long as they are registered at Reception through the delivery of the ID or Passport. It must be paid according to the current rate. Visitors do not have the right to enter the campsite with the vehicle. In times of pandemic, it is necessary to consult at reception if they are accepted or not.

7. Hours of silence

From 24:00 to 7:00. During these hours and for the benefit of all, the circulation of vehicles, the use of televisions, radios or any other device that breaks the silence required is not allowed. In the same way, and to avoid inconvenience to neighbors, during these hours, it is forbidden to use sinks and washing machines. Televisions are tolerated at a minimum volume of 7:00 to 24:00. However, if the Management deems it appropriate, it may prohibit them.

8. Use of vehicles

It is allowed from 7:00 to 24:00h. The maximum speed allowed within the enclosure is 10Km/h. Outside these hours access and circulation of vehicles is restricted, therefore, anyone who arrives or wishes to leave, must leave the car outside. The use of motor vehicles for internal travel is prohibited. It is not permitted to park vehicles in unoccupied spaces or in parking spaces that do not correspond to them.

9. Bicycles

Users shall at all times respect traffic signals.

10. Installation of electricity supply

Electrical cables must be grounded and properly insulated. Outside connections are not allowed. Each plot has a single electricity connection. The maximum power is 6 Amperes.

11. Sources

The sources of the campsite supply drinking water, so they are for exclusive use of water collection. For obvious reasons of hygiene, it is not allowed to use the fountains for any type of personal cleaning (e.g. not washing clothes, cleaning kitchen utensils, feet, slippers, etc.). Of course, you cannot empty any type of substance (chemical WC, food residues, etc.)

12. Dogs

In the camping area and in the appropriately identified accommodation, pets are allowed, subject to prior registration. They must always be bound, have the corresponding R.C. and government and health documentation in force and comply with the standards set out in the Pet Animals Act. All dogs are allowed in the corresponding accommodation and on the plots, without distinction of race.

13. Swimming pool

Children under 12 must always be accompanied by an adult. It is mandatory to shower before the bath. It is totally forbidden to eat, drink, smoke, use balls, mats, radios, umbrellas, throw head and access the beach area with street shoes. All swimmers must wear the identification bracelet delivered on arrival. The swimming pool schedule is indicated at the entrance.

14. Laundry

The campsite has laundries for self-service. The washing machines work with coins, its price is 4.50€ the washing machine with soap included.

15. Car wash

The campsite has a specific place for washing cars (see map of the campsite). It is forbidden to clean them anywhere else. Camping tents can only be cleaned in the car wash.

16. Waste

They must be deposited in the appropriate containers and never on the plots or on the lawn. The campsite makes selective garbage collection. Please help to respect the environment by using the vessels that have been awarded.

17. Barbecues

Barbecues are allowed, provided they are gas or coal barbecues and always with the appropriate security measures. They are allowed both in the camping area and in the area of Bungalows or Mobil home. In the accommodation area must be made outside the accommodation and never on the terrace of this. It is prohibited to light fires of any type or size directly on the ground.

18. Security

The campsite is not responsible for any theft that may take place inside the campsite. We therefore recommend that you do not leave valuables in sight or leave doors or windows open when you leave your accommodation. For added security you can use the Reception safe service. The campsite has official claim sheets available to the customer at the reception of the campsite.

19. Mini-club

Small or non-self-governing children will have to be accompanied by an adult, the mini-club does not have childcare service. The rules specifically indicated in the mini-club and by the animation staff must be observed to ensure the corresponding security measures. The activities will always start at the indicated time, except for modifications for justifiable reasons that will always be announced and informed by the animation staff. You can’t eat or drink at the mini-club.

In order to improve and guarantee a good stay for everyone, we will always be at the reception of the campsite to assist you.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS

We detail the general conditions:

The holder of the reservation must be more than 18 years old. Groups of young people are not allowed.
The reservation is personal and cannot be transferred without prior authorization.
The customer can request accommodation or concrete plot, that will be confirmed depending on the availability. Camping La Llosa reserves the right to modify the number of the accommodation or plot, respecting the same category hired and/or up-grading.
To confirm the reservation, the 30% of the amount must be paid, by bank transfer (for arrivals after 7 days from the booking date) or debit/credit card. When we receive it, we send you the confirmation by email and the customer will have to check that all the information is correct. The remaining 70% will be paid at check-in.
On the arrival, the holder of the reservation must present the passport or ID, the original one, no copy.

Here are the specific conditions for each type of reservation:

BUNGALOW/MOBIL HOME

Sheets, towels and blankets are not included. By covid-19 security measures, the accommodations do not have any textile bed element.
Pets are allowed only in certain accommodation and always under availability.
The guest must respect the bungalow maximum capacity. Babies and children count as one more person.
The check-in time is from 17h to 24h and the check-out time is from 8h to 12h. In case of not being able to adapt to the schedule, please inform the reception.
At the check-in, you must leave a deposit of 100€ in cash, per accommodation, which will be refunded on the day of departure provided that the accommodation is left in the same conditions as it has been found.
Please, leave the bungalow as found. Throw away the trash, wash the dishes and leave in optimal condition to receive the return of the deposit.

PLOTS

A plot supports 1 caravan / motorhome or tent + 1 car.
Dogs are allowed in the camping area. Dogs always must be tied, and it is the owner’s responsibility for their good behavior. The dogs must be registered.
The arrival time is from 12h to 22h and the departure time is before 12h.

TOURISTIC TAX

According to the law 5/2012, 20^th March, Fiscal, financial and administrative measures and of creation of the tax on the stays in tourist establishments, the customer must pay 0,50€/person and day (older than 16 years old) during a maximum of 7 days.

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

The failure to make the payment of the reservation deposit within a period indicated in the pre-booking that we send to you by mail, will immediately lead to the cancellation of the reservation request.

The reservation will be maintained until 12h the day after the reservation. After this period, Camping La Llosa reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Our cancellation policy, depending on the date of your notification, is:

+ 30 days = 75% refund

15 days before = 50% refund

Less than 14 days = 0% refund

In case of cancellation of a reservation you must contact reception by phone or email.

Camping La Llosa reserves the right, in case of overbooking or any other justifiable reason, to cancel the reservation within a maximum of 48 hours after your request. In this case, you agree to notify the customer as soon as possible and if the customer has paid the reservation deposit, this amount will be paid in full.

CANCELLATION BY COVID-19

In case of cancellation due to restrictions, confinement or legislation regarding covid-19, the return of the reservation will always be 100% of the money paid.

ANTICIPATED DEPARTURE

If the guest decides to check out before the departure day, he must pay the whole reserved stay.
